I identify with this so much. It's taken me a long time to pull away from some of those mental patterns and negative beliefs, but some are harder to break than others.

Experiencing the abandonment from my mother, the person who biologically would be most likely to do anything to love and care for me, pushed the concept “I am not good enough” into my circle of thinking. If I wasn’t enough to make my mother stay, outweighing her instinctual love, I wasn’t enough for anything.
