I read this, and I immediately thought of the responses we all had to do in the college courses I took online.

Although not everyone approached them in this way, the point was to further your understanding and that of others by really engaging with and furthering the conversation your peer had started in their initial post.

Like I said, not everyone did it, but I appreciated when people did. I also found that I really enjoyed taking the time to see “more” in their work. It became fun and not just work, and I think that’s how writing should be.
