Well, no, I'm advocating that all fathers sign paperwork agreeing to the obligation prior to the birth of the child.

I wish all children could have a happy two-parent home, but that's not a reality.

It's also not a reality that all men pay the child support that they're required to pay. One of my dear friends went most of her life without her father paying child support, even though it was his legal obligation.

It simply shouldn't be so difficult to support a child without the financial support of someone who never wanted to be in the picture.

There are countries that make this much more possible than the US does.
